Of course. If you'd like to cancel an order, you must contact us before the order ships. Once the order has shipped, you will have to go through a return process.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you'd like to make a change to your order, you'll need to contact us before it ships. We cannot accommodate every request, but we'll do our best to make the changes you request.

Once an order has been packaged or shipped, it is no longer possible to modify.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-2 days for processing prior to shipment.

Domestic Shipping (within the USA)

  •  Standard International: 5-14 business days
Can I track my order?

Of course! Every order we ship out is accompanied by a tracking number from USPS. Once your order ships, it will be emailed to you automatically. Please allow 24 hours for the link to update/activate in the USPS system.

You can retrieve your tracking number by logging into your Account and viewing your recent orders.

Do you sell digital files that I could print myself?

We currently don't release any digital files of prints. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality product we can start to finish, and we can't do that if we aren't printing it ourselves.
